The secret to ha healthy body and healthy body lies not in "how long" you work on it but "how" you work on it. Discipline is the most important aspect for a healthy body. With proper discipline, you can enjoy a healthy body and healthy mind in less time by spending much less money.

Here are a few pointers for a healthy body. Controlling your eating habits is the first step towards a healthy body. Breakup your diet plan into three parts: morning breakfast, afternoon lunch and night dinner. Fresh vegetable juices, oats and corn flakes are a good addition to the morning breakfast.
