Grow Taller 4 Idiots In-depth Review

By Rodney Williams

As the name would suggest, Grow Taller 4 Idiots is a book which looks into methods of improving your height naturally. We'll take a look at this book and the individual sections inside and see whether its worth a look or not.

The book begins with a short introductory segment, followed by the first major category of discussion, which is nutrition. This section is of prime importance for most everyone, not just people looking to add a couple extra inches. We get a nice in-depth breakdown of individual vitamins and minerals, among other things. A very well-detailed section, worth returning to many times for reference.

Posture problems, and the ways they can limit your height are looked at next, with some diagrams to help showcase some of the ailments. You could be walking around with poor posture and not know it, and this section should help to determine that one way or the other, and prevent you from every getting into these bad habits if nothing else.

Next is sleeping, and like posture, even slight misalignments in your back while sleeping can cause permanent shortening of the space between the vertebrae in your back, leading to height loss. One possible remedy is to avoid using pillows, and while this may not be a popular option, it can provide dramatic results on your posture while you sleep.

More than just about any other activity, save for perhaps sitting, we spend more time sleeping than anything else, so maintaining good positioning while doing so is vital.

The last major section is devoted to exercises, a major component of growing taller naturally. This section is extremely detailed, with multiple diagrams present to illustrate the methods being taught. Probably the best section of the book, and like the nutrition segment, this one is worth returning to multiple times as well.

The bonus section contains a few additional little tips, and the end of which the book is complete. There's no afterword or any kind of closing segment to wrap the book up, which is somewhat unusual.

Grow Taller 4 Idiots will prove useful to anyone looking to add some height naturally, without resorting to shortcuts like pills or surgery. It has a good deal of information that can prove useful even after youve gained those wanted inches. - 15255
