Supposing nullity is a viable option remember that there are disadvantages of a nullity proceeding, including but not limited to the following. You must proving grounds for a judgment of nullity. This is likely to be difficult and costly to prove. There are also potential statutes of limitations hurdles. And, fault play no role in a marriage dissolution proceeding. In a nullity proceeding, however, issues of innocence or fault are essential issues that relate to questions of support and an attorney fees and costs award, as well as determining property rights.

To make getting dressed easier for your loved, go through his or her closet and throw away anything they're unlikely to ever wear. Too many clothes can confuse someone with Alzheimer's and they could be overwhelmed by having to choose what to wear. You want to make sure your loved one remains independent so help them by laying out two or three outfit choices for them to choose from.

If you find that your loved one likes to wear the same outfit each day, buy two or three duplicates of each article so that they wear clean clothes instead of ones they've worn earlier in the week.

When it comes time to actually get dressed, people with Alzheimer's can become confused and lose track of what they're doing. To encourage them, give them one piece at a time with specific instructions rather than asking them to just get dressed.

For instance, give them a pair of socks and ask them to put those socks on their feet. Repeat this with each article of clothing you give them. To make the process even easier and more fluent, make sure your loved one has non-slip, comfortable, slip-on shoes and replace difficult things, like zippers, buttons and snaps, with Velcro. This way your loved one doesn't need help with these items and it's easier and safer for them to get ready.

Other grooming tasks, like managing hair, shaving and brushing teeth, are often forgotten about by Alzheimer's patients. On top of forgetting how to do these things, they may just forget that they need to do them at all.

To encourage daily grooming, buy your loved ones favorite products so the activities are more enjoyable for them. Spend time with your loved one and get ready together so you can show them first hand how to do things and they can watch and mimic your activity.

Nail clippers, razors and other dangerous grooming items should be replaced to prevent injury. Invest in safer options, like emery boards and electric shavers. Going out in to public can be frightening for an Alzheimer's patient, so see if your hair dresser or barber makes house calls. This way your loved one can have their hair cut, colored or permed in the comfort of their own home. Hygiene and safety are important but so isn't independence. Do whatever you can to ensure your loved one has dignity as well as pride in his or her appearance.

The Proper Way to Wash Your Hair

You may or may not know this, but there is a 'right' way to wash your hair. If you have not been washing your hair properly, when you do, you should notice a big difference in the shine, bounce, health and cleanliness of your hair. But like many others, it is likely that you were never shown how to wash your hair properly and as a result you do not have the great looking hair that you really want.

Step 1. - Start. Begin by brushing your hair well before you climb into the shower, this will help to loosen dirt, reduce hair breakage and reduce the amount of hair being caught in your plug hole. When you have finished giving your hair a good brush it's time to give your hair a good soaking using warm (not hot) water. For washing your hair properly, it is important that you get all of your hair completely wet, as washing dry hair is difficult.

Step 2. - Adding shampoo. Something that people often do is to use far too much shampoo when washing their hair. Usually they will just squeeze a good handful into their palm and then begin scrubbing away. This is definitely not the right way to wash your hair. First make sure that you are using very high quality hair care products (using the right product for your hair type) and just add a smallish amount to the palm of your hand.

Step 3. - How to wash your hair properly. Massaging/scrubbing too vigorously and not leaving shampoo on long enough, are the two main mistakes people usually make when washing their hair. After you have applied the shampoo to your hair, the proper way to wash it is too gently massage your hair and scalp. Giving your hair a 'good scrub' will not make your hair any cleaner and could damage your scalp. After massaging your scalp, shampoo can be left in your hair for 5 minutes to get a good clean.

Step 4. - Rinse and Repeat. When you have finished shampooing your hair, you have to rinse away all of that lather, dirt and grime. Rinsing your hair is an important part of washing your hair properly. You need to rinse your hair thoroughly (and I mean thoroughly) as shampoo can still be hidden in hair that appears to be rinsed. After you have rinsed your hair thoroughly you can wash your hair again if you want to make sure that you get a proper clean.

Properly washing your hair will make a difference to how your hair looks, and regular proper washing will transform the look and feel of your hair after a period of time. Following the simple steps given above will guarantee great looking clean hair. An extra tip for even better looking hair is to consider using professional salon products on your hair. They usually contain the best ingredients for cleansing hair and are concentrated so you use less and save money.

Salon Hair Care Products vs. Cheap High Street Hair Products

Looking after your hair is a top priority if you pride yourself on having clean and healthy looking hair, and using quality hair care products (i.e. shampoo and conditioner) is a must. However, when it comes to getting the best value for money should you buy professional salon hair care products, or would cheap high street hair care products be just as good?

High street products seem much more affordable and therefore giving you better value for money because of the low cost of high street hair products. Branded premium salon products can appear pricey with the average 300ml shampoo bottle priced at 5 times the cost ($20/GBP10) of a regular high street shampoo ($4/GBP2).

When you weigh up cheap hair care products and professional salon hair care products and compare them on price alone, cheaper hair care products seem to be far and away the obvious choice, costing 1/5th the price of salon products, giving you what appears to be 5 times the amount of product for the same money.

When you look more closely at the comparison between the effectiveness and the quality of high street hair products and salon hair products, does the comparison end up in the favour of cheap hair care products, or do the cheaper high street products turn out to be a false economy?

To see if cheaper high street hair products provide more value for money in both the short and long term when compared with professional salon hair care products, we made the decision to test them both to see how each of the hair products compare against one another in a quality test.

We tested a 300ml bottle of shampoo from the high street and a 300ml salon professional shampoo. With the high street product a 50ml application is standard to clean hair where with the professional product a 10ml application was all that was required to clean the hair to the same standard.

Using 50ml per application, the average high street hair shampoo provides approximately 6 applications per 300ml bottle. With just 10ml used per application, the professional salon hair shampoo gives you around 30 applications per 300ml bottle. Doing a little math, the cost per applications are $0.64c/GBP0.32p for the cheap high street shampoo, and $0.66c/GBP0.33p for the salon professional shampoo.

Result: although the high street shampoo appears to be better value, in truth there is very little difference in cost compared to the professional hair shampoo. The professional shampoo is of much higher quality and more effective in cleaning your hair. Buying cheap high street hair shampoo is a false economy. Q? Why would you want to use an inferior product on your hair?
